📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop cigarette machines using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Conduct performance tests and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations.
• Participate in product development from concept to production.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Work closely with suppliers to source and integrate components.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the tobacco machinery industry.
• Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other relevant CAD software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with CNC machining and metalworking processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
