• Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Hotjar to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and implement data-driven content strategies that align with business objectives.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards to visualize key insights and share them with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content strategies are data-informed and actionable.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in content analytics and digital marketing.
• Optimize content based on performance data to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate hypotheses and refine strategies.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance content marketing efforts and drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in content analytics, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
• Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant certifications is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
