📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the accounting, taxation, and financial reporting functions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives to drive the company's financial health and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management, supporting strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with external auditors and advisors to ensure the integrity of the company's financial records and reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
