📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage detailed budgets for facade construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
• Analyze project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost control measures.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and forecasts, providing insights to project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project financial goals are met.
• Use advanced software such as Microsoft Excel, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD to streamline financial analysis and reporting.
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining accurate financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction financial management, with a focus on facade projects.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD for financial analysis and project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Financial Management (CFM) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
