📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documentation.,Review and edit technical content to maintain consistency and readability.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development of user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Provide support to customers through email, phone, or chat, answering technical questions and resolving issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical software and tools, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
