In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent service, and ensuring a smooth operation at our cashier counter. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude,Ensure the cashier counter is clean and organized,Follow company policies and procedures,Assist in inventory management and stock control,Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor immediately,Maintain confidentiality of customer information,Participate in team meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma,At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role,Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Basic computer skills, especially in using cash register software,Fluent in Indonesian, both spoken and written,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
