📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Providing financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.,Overseeing the work of junior accountants and providing guidance and training.,Managing relationships with external auditors and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.,Preparing and submitting tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax laws.,Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures and improving financial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
