📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet the hotel's operational needs.,Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for our products and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Evaluate and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability.,Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to support decision-making.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using purchasing software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
