🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer care or a related role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
