CV Hijau Wardhana is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately managed and that our customers' orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.
This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia. You will be required to travel to our warehouse in Depok, Jawa Barat for meetings and training, but your primary work location will be remote.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.Ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure that orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.Monitor and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.Maintain a safe and secure warehouse environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, including inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and any issues or concerns.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.Familiarity with warehouse management software and technology.Ability to travel to the warehouse in Depok, Jawa Barat for meetings and training.🛠️ Keahlian
