📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain hotel facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.,Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.,Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and maintain operational reports and records for management review.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing operations in a hotel or similar setting.,Strong knowledge of hotel operations, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools for inventory management and reporting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,High school diploma or equivalent. Further education and certifications are a plus.
