📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement training programs that meet the needs of our employees and the organization.,Develop and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure that training programs align with business goals and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of training programs and make data-driven decisions to improve them.,Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training and development, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management systems and other relevant software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
