📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate the maintenance activities of the entire facility.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment.,Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Train and mentor junior technicians.,Manage maintenance budgets and resources.,Report on maintenance activities and equipment performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.,Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of safety regulations and standards is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
