In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met.,Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance and trends.,Work closely with the sales team to ensure targets are met and exceeded.,Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices.,Manage and mentor junior sales staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related field.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
