PT Melati Sri is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Provide feedback and recommendations to improve employee performance.,Maintain records of all training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel both within and outside of the office.
