Pratama Shipping is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department in various HR functions. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for a candidate who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers.,Support the HR team in organizing and participating in training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
