📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including the board of directors, investors, and regulatory bodies.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information for decision-making purposes.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures and opportunities for financial growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.,Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
