📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Coordinating with team members to achieve departmental goals.,Monitoring performance metrics and providing feedback.,Resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive work environment.,Assisting in the recruitment and training of new staff.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Managing inventory and supply chain processes.,Reporting to the Supervisor on key performance indicators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.,Proven track record of managing teams and achieving targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
