📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure food quality, safety, and consistency.
  • Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing a kitchen team.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine, especially sate.

  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
