📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized.,Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle deployment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.,Handle and resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Provide support and guidance to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Experience in managing and coordinating a team is a plus.
