📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of retail stores in Bali, ensuring high standards of customer service and sales performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of 15-20 employees, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory, staff schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Conduct regular store audits and implement corrective actions to maintain operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the central team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the central management.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving sales.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using retail management software such as POS systems, inventory management tools, and CRM platforms.
• Experience in managing multiple locations and understanding of regional market dynamics.
• Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in Bali.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
