📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of team activities and projects.,Support the Team Leader in setting team goals and objectives.,Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress and address issues.,Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.,Ensure that team members are aware of company policies and procedures.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback to the Team Leader.,Assist in the development and implementation of team training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a team leadership or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using office software and project management tools.,Experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Understanding of company policies and procedures.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
