📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.,Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to improve recruitment strategies and processes.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
