📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement performance management systems aligned with company goals and values.
• Conduct regular employee assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate cross-cultural communication and collaboration between international teams using Mandarin.
• Support the HR team in developing and maintaining employee engagement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on performance management.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Certification in performance management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
